    This made me salivate. Eggs Benedict is one of my favorite dishes. I love the idea of using Pancetta. Will you come to my house and cook for me? You won’t even have to take a bath.

    Laura — I don’t dig too deep for ingredients. Local grocery store suits me just fine. The Burrata, though, I got at Bristol Farms as lots of places don’t carry it…
